Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of the Order dated 9 January 2024. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks extension of time for vacation of the premises by a period of two weeks.It must be observed at the very outset that the date of 23 January 2024 for vacation of the premises is fixed on the basis of the statement made by the Petitioners. Petitioners therefore cannot seek alteration in that statement. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit that there are senior citizens residing in the structures and therefore some more time is required for locating the alternate premises.
