issued work orders in favour of the petitioners and if the order impugned is continued, it will affect such work orders.

It is made clear that the petitioners shall continue to carry out the work as per work orders, subject to the decision of the present petition, including preliminary objection raised by the respondent no.7. The petitioners shall not claim any equity. Similarly, on the basis of this order, the petitioners shall not claim any other relief with regard to the work orders.

Place the matter for further consideration on 16/04/2024.
