1.The learned Advocate for the Corporation Shri.
Bora submits on instructions that as an FIR has been
registered with the Petitioner. He is a contractual
employee as a Lab Technician. His contract, which was
to last till 29.07.2024, was terminated in the light of
the guidelines issued by the Commissioner, Health
Services and Mission Directorate, National Health
Mission.
2.The learned Advocate for the Petitioner
submits that his proceeding seeking quashing of the
FIR, is pending.

3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is
disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to avail of
the remedy by approaching the Labour Court or seek a
remedy as is permissible in law.
