We are informed that Writ Petition No.812/2024 at the behest of the petitioner is already pending consideration in relation to the right of the petitioner to have fixing rights over and above the rights of the respondent no.6. It is claimed that the petitioner’s right to carry out fishing is cancelled without hearing the petitioner vide impugned order dated 29^th January 2024.

Perusal of the order impugned depicts that the petitioner’s right to carry out fishing is cancelled on 29^th January 2024. Thereafter the petitioner has approached this Court in Writ Petition No.812/2024, which is considering the orders passed by the authorities in favour of the respondent no.6 thereby conferring also right of fishing. In our opinion, the impugned order can be questioned by the petitioner in appropriate proceedings.

That being so, by giving the petitioner liberty to question the said order, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition. No costs.
