this group of Petitions, along with Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, the Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation and Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, were also the Respondents. Hence, wherever the words Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation appears in Paragraph Nos.1 and 3, the words ‘Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation’ and ‘Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation’, be mentioned.

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off . The order dated 25^th November, 2024 would stand corrected to the extent of Paragraph Nos.1 and 3, by addition of the words Kalyan Dombivali Municipal Corporation and Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation , besides the words of Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation. Similarly, in Paragraph No.5 of the said order, the words Municipal Corporation arrives should be replaced by the words Municipal Corporations arrive.
