Shantirakshak Sahakari Gruh Rachna Sanstha Maryadit vs the State of Maharashtra Thr Its Principal Secretary and Ors.

In view of the above, impugned order dated 6^th August 2024 and show cause notice dated 8^th August 2024 issued by Respondent No.3 are hereby set aside. The proceeding before Respondent No.3 are relegated back for decision in accordance with law.

The Authority is directed to decide the said proceeding as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.
