- This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying for the following reliefs:-
- “(A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing respondent no.2 herein to decide the enquiry proceedings in the Change Reports bearing Change Report no.4 of 2015, Change Report no.5 of 2015. Change Report no.6 of 2015 and Change Report no.7 of 2015 (Exhibit A collectively), and Change Reports no. 986 of 2015. Change Report no.987 of 2015 and Change Report no.988 of 2015 (Exhibit B collectively), as expeditiously as possible and in the time bound manner and preferably within 4 weeks from the date of order.”
