- Yesterday, after hearing the rival submissions of Petitioner’s counsel Mr. Gole and Mr. Singh for Respondent Nos.4 & 5, the Court suggested a pro tem arrangement on humanitarian grounds as Petitioner is aged. Since the said arrangement was agreeable to Mr. Singh for Respondent Nos.4 & 5, the same was directed to be put on Affidavit.
