3. We accept the statement that the offer of the petitioner shall be accepted and processed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the re-validated banker’s cheque, including the additional offer, shall be submitted within a period of two weeks from today.

5. In view of aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
