execute the recovery certificate. Secondly, he submits that clause 8 of the affidavit-cum-undertaking which clarifies that in the event, the petitioner deposits the agreed amount of Rs. 38,00,000/- on/or before 15th April 2024, the petitioner would be entitled to release deed not re-conveyance deed as stated in the undertaking and the cost for execution of release deed shall be borne by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees for the aforesaid two clarifications.
