Daughter except mentioned hereinabove. Madhuri Balaram, Wife of the Deceased died on 25/06/2006, being predeceased the Deceased. Vaishali Milind Verekar wife of Milind Balaram Verekar have obtained divorce on 23rd December, 2019. Save and except as mentioned in para –8, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin left by the deceased. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioners are unaware about obtaining any legal representation, now they have been advised to obtain Probate of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased from this Hon'ble High Court, hence the delay caused may kindly be condoned. Thus, the delay is explained.
