Adv. for the Petitioner submits that the papers and documents concerning the property and assets herein were scattered at Mumbai, Pune and elsewhere and it took considerable amount of time and efforts to collect all the documents for the assets and properties referred to in the Will. Now that all the documents and details have been gathered and compiled, this Petition is being filed. There is no negligence or lapse in filing this Petition. Hence delay if any in filing this Petition deserves to be condoned. Thus, the delay is explained.
