auction the subject immovable and movable properties, having failed

earlier and that the last valuation report in respect of the subject property being over a year old, the Interim Application as well as the Official Liquidator’s Report can be disposed of by appointing M/s. Shetgiri and Associates to value the immovable properties situated at 54/2/B/1 (Old No.54/2/2-A), Varadipada, Chinchpada, Taluka Navapur, District Nandurbar and to take the inventory of the movables and the plant and machineries situate thereon and value the same. Ordered accordingly.

M/s. Shetgiri and Associates to carry out valuation as above and present his report to the Official Liquidator.

All the stakeholders to co-operate with M/s. Shetgiri & Associates and the Official Liquidator.

The Official Liquidator’s Report and the Interim Application to accordingly stand disposed.
