The Applicant stays with her child and old age parents at Nashik. She is finding difficult to attend Court dates at Dhule. The distance between Dhule to Nashik is more than 400 km. Considering the reasons mentioned in the Application as well as it is settled principle of law convenience of the wife has to be considered while transferring the Petition over the husband.

ORDER

(i) Marriage Petition No.A-248 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Dhule be transferred Family Court, Nashik.

(ii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.

(iii) Both the parties to appear before concerned Court on 18^th March 2024.
