duly served. Respondent is not present today when the matter is called out. This Court cannot await and protract the hearing of the present Misc.Civil Application (MCA). Application is therefore taken up for hearing.
3. Applicant seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 62 of 2024 filed by the Respondent before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel to Family Court, Solapur.
4. Apart from the proximity of distance between the two destinations, the grounds enumerated by the Applicant in paragraph No. 7 of the Application would clearly make out a case for allowing the Application. That apart there there are other grounds also which

are stated in paragraph Nos. 4 and 5 which deserve immediate consideration. In such a case, difficulty of the Applicant is clearly made out and for considering the Application under Section 24 of the CPC, convenience of the wife is of paramount consideration. There can be no impediment in allowing the present Application. Hence, the present Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:-
order and act accordingly.
