2. At the outset, Mr. Vasekar would submit that Respondent has been served pursuant to orders passed by this Court. Affidavit of service dated 22.08.2024 is placed before me. Mr. Vasekar shall file Affidavit of service dated 22.08.2024 in the Registry of Court and Registry shall accept the same.
3. Hearing in the present case cannot be protracted any further since this Court has already passed three orders from 19.03.2024 onwards till date.
4. This Application seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-814 of 2023 pending before Family Court, Nagpur to Family Court at Pune. Applicant resides at Pune and the grounds of hardship are enumerated in paragraph No.10 of the Application. I have perused the same.

5. Apart from the proximity of distance of approximately 750 kilometers between the two destinations, the Applicant has also filed proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (for short ‘ the said Act ’) in Pune, details of which are given in paragraph No.7 of the Application.
6. Considering the hardship of the Applicant, the Application deserves to be allowed. Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:-
