“1. According to the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.2, out of the three Applicants, two have expired and necessary documents are annexed as per IA/949/2020. These Applicants are Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in IA/949/2020. Whereas after filing of this Interim Application, the Respondent No.3 has also expired. However, the Applicant / Respondent No.2 is not having documents.
2. None appears on behalf of the applicants even today.
The Revision Application No. 92/2009 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. In view of the dismissal of the revision, Interim Application No. 949 of 2020 also stands disposed of.
3. Revision Application No. 184/2009 to be listed for final hearing in its own turn.
