Corporation states that as per notice dated 2 February 2024, the road width of 7m to 8m is complete and available to the applicants. However, the fact remains that the construction of the 13.40m wide road is not yet completed. In view of this, there shall be a stay on the notices dated 14 August 2023 and 2 February 2024 till the next date.
