1. Heard Ms. Ganediwala, learned Advocate for Appellant in First Appeal No.648 of 2009 and First Appeal No.649 of 2009 and for Applicant in Interim Applications and Mr. Mittal, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 11.

2. Ms. Ganediwala, learned Advocate appearing for Applicant in Interim Applications would submit that Affidavits-in-Reply in four Interim Applications have been received by her. Considering that the Interim Applications are objected to by the Respondents therein and issue pertains to questions of facts, she would submit that the Applicant be permitted to file Affidavit-in-Rejoinder thereto. Affidavitin-Rejoinder shall be filed within a period of one week from today.
