Hanif Nalsab Shaikh vs the State of Maharashtra and Anr.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is an inadvertent error in the cause title of the order dated 23^rd October, 2024. He states that in the said order in cause title the name of the Applicant “ Hanif Malsab Shaikh ” is incorrectly mentioned instead of “ Hanif Nalsab Shaikh ”.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, in the said order in cause title the name of the Applicant

“ Hanif Malsab Shaikh ” be replaced with “ Hanif Nalsab Shaikh ”.
