This is an application for permission to travel abroad from 01/06/2024 to 30/09/2024.

The application for travelling abroad is opposed by Shri Shirsat, learned counsel appearing for the CBI. An afÏdavit has been filed opposing the application. The same is taken on record. He expressed an apprehension that since the son and daughter of the applicants are staying abroad, there is every possibility of the applicants not coming back to face the trial. However from the earlier

orders which are annexed to the application, it can be seen that the applicants had travelled abroad and abided by the conditions. Considering the conduct of the applicants and that they have abided by the earlier orders while permitting them to travel abroad, I do not see the apprehension expressed by learned counsel Shri Shirsat is well-founded.

Considering the age of the applicants and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence the following order.

ORDER

(i) The interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

¶23

(ii) On returning to India, the applicants shall intimate about their return to the respondent no.1.

¶24

(iii) The applicants shall furnish the details about their travel to the respondent no.1 along with their contract numbers, coloured xerox of their passport to the respondent no.1 before travelling abroad.

The application is disposed of.
