Mr.Jagtiani, learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents, submits that no response to the same has been filed on behalf of the Respondents and that a consolidated response to the affidavit dated 16th January 2017 as well as the additional / further affidavit that would be filed on behalf of the Appellants, would be filed after the same is received.
