After this matter has been heard at considerable length, both the learned Counsel appearing in the matter submit that the matter can be disposed of on the basis of the submissions as contained in the reply by the Respondent that since the Respondent has already applied for NOC to MHADA and the NOC is expected any time soon, after which request for grant of Occupation Certificate by the Municipal Corporation can be processed followed by formal possession of subject Flat No.1301 to the Applicant.

The Interim Application accordingly stands disposed with an expectation that the MHADA would process grant of NOC expeditiously after which the Respondent to take all necessary steps for obtaining Occupation Certificate from the Municipal Corporation.
