1. Heard Mr. Parmar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Kak, learned APP.

2. The Interim Application is fled seeking relaxation of Condition No.(d) of the Order dated 20^th January 2023 passed by a learned Single Judge (Coram: M.S. Karnik, J.) in Bail Application No. 27 of 2023. The said Condition (d) reads as under:

“ (d) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on every alternate Saturday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the Charge-sheet is fled and thereafter once in a month i.e. on frst Monday of every month.”

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is a businessman and he has to travel about 2 hours to mark his attendance as his village is far away from the Niwati Police Station, Sindhudurg. However, on instructions, he states that he will mark attendance to the local Police Station i.e. Vengurla Police Station, Vengurla, DistrictSindhudurg.

4. Both the learned Counsel state that the Charge-sheet is already fled. Therefore, Clause No. (d) will be modifed and the modifed Clause No.(d) is as follows:

(d) The Applicant shall report to the Vengurla Police Station, Vengurla, District-Sindhudurg on 1^st Monday of every month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

5. The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms.
