Accordingly, Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are at liberty to file affidavit-in-replies on or before 30^th September 2024. Rejoinder, if any, be filed on or before 25^th October 2024.

Parties are at liberty to circulate the matter thereafter for fixing date of hearing of the Writ Petition.

As interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Writ Petition has already been granted till further orders, nothing survives in the Interim Application No.1966 of 2024 and accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of.
