I have heard both learned counsel, as applicant has suffered 40% permanent physical disability due to accidental injuries and he needs the amount for daily expenses. Hence, I pass following order.

ORDER

ii. The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the 25% amount, out of deposited amount along with accrued interest thereon, on furnishing an undertaking.

Application is disposed off.
