Shri.Vikrant Kishorbhai Mehta and Ors. vs Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd.

On a perusal of the record, I find that substantiate progress has been made in the arbitral proceedings and there is no delay which is attributable to the arbitral tribunal. Hence, I find that sufficient cause has been made out for granting an extension of time. However, since this is the fourth extension that is sought for, I deem it fit to grant as the last extension only for a period of six months from the date of this order being uploaded.

The parties are directed to cooperate with the arbitral tribunal in ensuring that this time is adhered to.
