1. Application has been preferred seeking transposition of appellant no.2 as respondent for the reason that power of attorney on the basis of which appellant no.1 was prosecuting the appeal has now been revoked by appellant no.2 and as such he is required to transposed as respondent.
2. Issue notice to appellant no.2, returnable on 5th March 2024. In addition to the Court notice, learned counsel for the appellant to serve appellant no.2 by private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date.
