Hiralal s/o Gulabdeo Bhaiswar and ors .) with Cross Objection No.23 of 2021 in First Appeal No.1001 of 2013 ( Hiralal s/o Gulabrao Bhaiswar and ors . Vs. Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation, through its Executive Engineer and ors. ) has been dismissed.
