- The Petitioner is a retired employee, who had approached
this Court in Writ Petition No.4438 of 2022. By an order dated 21st March, 2023, the Respondents were directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner, which was placed on record at page no.49 in the said petition paper book, within three months. Prima facie, we find that neither the Respondents have initiated any steps for deciding the representation within three months, nor have the Respondents moved an Interim Application before us seeking enlargement of time.
