petitioner/applicant for grant of permission to amend the petition.

Mr. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant submits that from the reply filed by the respondent No.2- Zilla Parishad, the petitioner came to know that in the meeting of the Promotional Committee (DPCC) held on 20/08/2019, the claim of the petitioner for grant of benefit has been rejected. As such, the petitioner seeks permission to incorporate Para 6A to 6E and Para 7

(Ground F) as additional pleadings and ground in the petition and consequentially prayer to that effect.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The petitioner/applicant to carry out amendment within a period of three days from today. The respondents are at liberty to file their additional reply/say to the amended petition within a period of one week thereafter.
