This application is taken out for permission to amend the cause title as regards respondent no.1 . That the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent is received back unserved for want of proper description of the said respondent. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct description of aforesaid respondent as mentioned in the application. The application is supported by affidavit.
Since the application is formal in nature and supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the petition. Thereafter office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
