The applicant has filed present application seeking permission to serve respondent no.4 by RPAD. It is stated that the notice issued to the respondent received back unserved for want of correct address. According to the applicant, the aforesaid respondent is residing at the given address which is also mentioned in the application. Therefore, the applicant wants to serve the respondent by R.P.A/d.
Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is allowed to serve the aforesaid respondent by R.P.A/d, through Court, returnable within Six weeks.
The applicant to furnish necessary R.P.A/d postage.
