By this application, the applicants are seeking correction in the order. Inadvertently in the order dated 21.04.2023 in para No.4, it is mentioned that the “respondents are entitled to receive a refund of balance amount along with accrued interest i.e. Rs.33,386/-” instead of which, it should be “ appellant is entitled to receive a refund of balance amount along with accrued interest i.e. Rs.33,386/-” and similarly in para No.6 also it is required to be mentioned that the amount of Rs.33,386/- is to be refunded to the “ appellant ”. The correction is due to the topographical mistake. The order dated 21.04.2023 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded accordingly.
