3 In the wake of the aforesaid, the petition stand disposed off as withdrawn.
4 It is informed by the learned counsel for the respondent, that the Service Provider Agreement dated

25/10/2021 was tendered before the Court for the purpose of adjudication of the stamp duty and it shall be directed to be returned.
