resolved disputes among them. Consent terms are tendered. The consent terms are signed by the Appellant and authorized representative of Respondent-Society. The signatories are present in Court today. They admit their signature on the consent terms as well as the contents therein. Consent terms are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification.

As agreed in the consent terms, the time to vacate the premises by the Appellant shall stand extended to 27^th May 2024 till 10:00 a.m. To this extent, the directions of the learned Single Judge in paragraph 11 for vacation of the premises by the Appellant (Respondent No.18) shall stand modified. Statements made in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking given to the Court. The Court Receiver to act as per the consent terms.

The appeal is disposed of in view of the consent terms.
