- The proceedings of which transfer is sought in the present Application were the subject matter of Cri. Writ Petition (St.) No. 2146 of 2024. By Order dated 07.05.2024, this Court (Coram : Sharmila U. Deshmukh, J.) directed the said proceedings to be decided expeditiously on a request made by the parties for deciding them in a time bound programme. It was also observed in that order that arrears of maintenance was to be paid within a period of ten weeks from the date of the said Order, but I am informed across the bar by Mr. Menezes, learned Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 that a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- is still outstanding.
