Further, the Applicant is also ready to deposit the additional amount of Rs.2,50,000/- as interest towards delay in depositing entire amount of Rs.28,00,000/- as directed in the impugned order. Further, learned Advocate for the Applicant undertakes to deposit the demand draft for Rs.18,00,000/- with the registry of the Sessions Court, Greater Mumbai within one week and seeks two weeks time to deposit the said additional amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, as interest.
