Present Application filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, Act, 2023 is seeking for quashing and setting aside of the impugned Order dated 1^st July, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur thereby, the said Court quashed and set aside the Order of learned 6^th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur, Navi Mumbai dated 18^th April, 2024 passed in Crime No.117/2021 registered with Turbhe Police Station thereby bail was granted to the Applicant by the said learned Magistrate.

Learned Advocates for the parties made a joint statement that, now, the dispute is settled between the parties to this Application, as per the terms of settlement taken on record in this Application vide Court's

Order dated 9^th September, 2024. The said statement is accepted and the Settlement Agreement stands verified and recorded, accordingly.

In view thereof, the impugned Order dated 1^st July, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Belapur is quashed and set aside.

1. The Order dated 18^th April, 2024 passed by 6^th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Belapur, Navi Mumbai in Crime No.117/2021 is restored.

1. Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
