Chawadi Police Station, Solapur City under Sections 420, 417 read with 34 of IPC.

The FIR is lodged by Prashant Patil. He was a

Director with three factories known as Lokmangal Sugar

Ethanol & Co-Generation Industries Ltd., Lokmangal Agro Industries Ltd., and Lokmangal Mauli Industries Ltd. The allegations are that for every season they require crushing of the sugar cane for which they hired labourers and transporters. For that purpose, the different contracts are entered into with different contractors The allegations are that inspite of taking advances the work was not done by these contractors, causing loss to the tune of Rs.46,13,752/for the period between 2021 to 2023.

Learned counsel for the Applicant as well as learned APP submitted that the Anticipatory Bail Application of the co-accused Deepak Rathod and Balasaheb is slated to be listed on 15.2.2024. Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that both of them are protected by ad-interim relief. He submitted that the Applicant is not named in the FIR. He submitted that the Applicant has completed his work. In any case it is a commercial dispute. There are sureties to the contract who are working with the factories themselves.

Considering these submissions, the Applicant can

also be protected by a similar order and the matter can be listed on the same date.

Hence, the following order:

(i) In the event of his arrest in connection with C.R.No.480/2023 registered with Faujdar Chawadi

Police Station, Solapur City, till the next date, the Applicant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) This order shall operate till 15.2.2024.

(iii) Stand over to 15.2.2024.
