Heard. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to cooperate with the investigation.
- The learned APP, however, seeks an adjournment as the investigating officer is not present and makes a statement that the applicant will not be arrested till the next date, provided the applicant shall attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on 14, 15 and 16 October 2024, between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and cooperate with the investigation. By consent stand over to 12 November 2024.
