In view of the disposal of the Interim Application No. 4208 of 2024, the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2480 of 2024 to implead the intervenor as a party respondent to this application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is willing to attend the concerned police station and cooperate with the investigation. In view of that, the applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station as and when required.

By consent, stand over to 8 January 2025.

The learned APP continues his earlier statement that the applicant will not be arrested in the present crime till the next date.
