. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for respondent-State.

In this application, on 24^th May 2024, this Court recorded statement of the learned APP that the Investigating Officer would not arrest the applicants till the next date of hearing. Thereafter, on 20^th June 2024, the said statement made on behalf of the respondent-State was continued and thereafter, the application could not reach for hearing and the interim order continued to operate.

The learned counsel for the applicants informs this Court that in the meanwhile, the applicants have cooperated with the investigation and charge-sheet is filed on 13^th June 2024. It is

further brought to the notice of this Court that in the charge-sheet itself it is specifically recorded that the applicants have indeed cooperated with the investigation and that therefore, there is no reason to arrest them.

Since, the charge-sheet is now already filed and the aforesaid statement is made in the charge-sheet itself and the applicants before this Court undertake to cooperate with the proceedings before the trial Court, this Court is of the opinion that present application can be allowed.

In view of the above, the application is allowed, subject to the applicants cooperating with the proceedings before the trial Court. The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses or any other person concerned with the case.

The application is disposed of.
