. In this application on 08.05.2024, this Court (Coram: Sarang V. Kotwal, J.) granted interim order in favour of the applicant, primarily on the ground that anticipatory bail applications of two co-accused persons had been allowed by this Court.
- The statement of the informant leading to registration of the FIR shows that insofar as the present application is concerned, there is specific role attributable to him of having assaulted the informant / victim by way of a cutter. As against the other accused persons, there is no allegation of use of weapon. On that basis, the learned APP submits that the applicant cannot claim parity with the accused persons, who were granted anticipatory bail.
