In pursuance of Order dated 20th March, 2023, the learned Mediator has submitted his report dated 22nd April, 2023 in a sealed envelop. The said envelope is produced with a covering letter dated 24 th April, 2023 signed by the Deputy Registrar, Mediation Center, High Court, Mumbai. The Mediation report along with the covering letter is taken on record.

The learned Mediator has stated that, the matter is settled and parties will submit Consent Terms before the Court.

between the Petitioners and Respondent No.2. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by both the Petitioners and Respondent No.2. Their signatures have been identified by their respective Advocates.

In paragraph No.7 thereof, the Respondent No.2 has given her consent for quashing of C.C. No.PW/448/2021 pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate 4th Court at Girgaon, Mumbai arising out of C.R. No.49 of 2021 registered with Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai.

Respondent No.2 is personally present in the Court and through her Advocate, reiterated the contents of the Consent Terms and her ‘no objection’ for quashing the said C.C. No.PW/448/2021.

In view thereof, C.C. No. PW/448/2021 pending on the file of learned Metropolitan Magistrate 4th Court at Girgaon, Mumbai arising out of C.R. No.49 of 2021 registered with Tardeo Police Station, Mumbai is quashed and set aside.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
