.This petition can be disposed of in view of the consensus

which has been arrived at between the parties that the amount which
has been deposited in L.A.R. No.397 of 2016 by the State authorities
as regards the acquisition of the subject house property shall be
withdrawn in equal proportion by the petitioner and the respondent
no.1. An application to that effect will be filed before the Executing
Court, which shall allow the application and permit the petitioner
and respondent no.1 to withdraw the amount deposited by the state
authorities in equal proportion.

2. Writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

3. Needless to state that in view of the settlement arrived at

between the parties, the order dated 21.12.2020 is set aside.
