this Court shall transfer this case to the learned Tribunal expeditiously.
3.Since the learned AGP has appeared on behalf of respondent nos.1
to 4 and the learned advocate appeared on behalf of respondent no.5, we are
requesting the learned Tribunal to list this case on 21.02.2023. The parties are
put to notice that they would appear on the said date before the learned
Tribunal. Notices are dispensed with.
