Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and appearing for Respondent No.4 states that, the matter has been settled between the Petitioners and Respondent No.4 and tenders 'Consent Terms'. Petitioner No.2 - Pankaj Kumar

and Respondent No.4 -Uday Nanda are present in Court today. Both of them confrmed that the 'Consent Terms' are arrived at as per compromise entered into between them. The 'Consent Terms' are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identifcation.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties confrmed that the Demand Draft for amount of Rs. 10,50,000/- dated 27^th January, 2023 has been handed over by the Petitioners to the Respondent No.4 in the Court.

It is clarifed that, the order dated 25^th January, 2021 passed in Eviction Application No.84 of 2020 by the learned Competent Authority, Rent Control Act, Konkan Division at Mumbai as confrmed by order dated 14^th December, 2021 in Appeal/Desk/MRCA/Rev/132/2021 passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division at Mumbai are complied with and, therefore, the Respondent No. 4 will not further execute those orders.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the 'Consent Terms'.
