Considering that the consent terms were executed between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1, although no appearance is caused on behalf of the Respondent No.2, this Court had directed the Petitioner to give notice to the Respondent No.2 alongwith copy of the consent terms. The affidavit of service in that regard has been filed. Today, none appears for the Respondent No.2. On the last occasion, the Petitioner and the Respondent No.1 were present in-person and their identities were verified.

Petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms.
