the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Pune. However,
learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has filed praecipe
stating that, as the matter is amicably settled between the
Management and Assistant Teacher, he has instructions to withdraw
the Writ Petition.
2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and
dismissed as such.
